Our Mission
HCAS provides Answering Services and Call Center Solutions. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Since 1994, we offered our services to Health Care and Medical agencies. Nearly 30 years our technology and capabilities grew more advanced, but dedication to serving this industry has remained unchanged.
Our Call Center
Our main office is located in Bellmore, New York on Long Island. We feature over 100 U.S based operators and staff, as well as full-time Multilingual Staff Members to meet the needs of our clients.
Our main focus is integrating our operators with your office, seamlessly transferring your telephone lines to our operator staff allowing your business to run 24/7 without missing vital calls from your patients. Using customized greetings and specially designed message templates our staff will obtain the exact information you need and notify your on call staff using various communication methods.
